We take the time to inspect each and every item that comes through our doors for stains. Our targeted stain removal process uses specific cleaners for different types of stains to give each of your clothes the unique care and attention they require.

While we do our best to use only the highest quality methods and equipment, there may be some stains that we are occasionally unable to remove. There are various factors that determine whether a stain will come out, but the most common issue we find is stains that have been left to sit for too long and turn yellow. In order to ensure the highest chance of stain removal, make sure to bring in your clothes as soon as you notice a stain.

Many factors can cause garments to oxidize and turn yellow over a period of time. Keeping garments protected in a safe environment can prolong the life of cherished items. We offer museum quality acid-free archival preservation. Acid-free boxes have an additive that protects the board against acid absorption.

At Joy Cleaners, we are dedicated to making sure your clothes are a perfect fit! Please note, our alterationist is not on site every day that we are open. Alterations that are brought in on these days are contracted to an offsite alterationist.
